Praise God that we finished Week 3 of Unspeakable Joy Bible Study & Journal!
JOY TO THE WORLD THE LORD HAS COME – LET EARTH RECEIVE HER KING! Today we are celebrating Christmas – the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! This day is also a day that we get together with family and friends eating a good meal, sharing gifts, maybe attending church services and coming together to celebrate our loved ones.
However, Jesus birth is the reason why we should come together with everlasting joy in our hearts! We should shout it from the rooftops and share with everyone we know! Let’s not forget the reason for the season. Our Savior is born 🙂

It’s always great to gather with friends or family to eat a great meal. Usually the holidays call for times of feasting & merriment ☺️ towards one another in celebration.
Let’s remember to be thankful for these joyous moments and share with those less fortunate
God also reminds us that he’s our strength even when these days are not as joyous because his love never fails

Sometimes we can get so wrapped up in our daily lives with stuff that takes us away from God. We overwhelm ourselves with to do lists, work, family and even church that we lose sight of our need for Jesus!
If we could only remember this scripture and use it at all times. God doesn’t want us to do these things alone. He said to ask him for help – because he’s happy to give it!
I know I can’t do anything without God! How about you? 🎉

(Fri) Read & SOAP Isaiah 55:12
God gives us permission to enjoy this life on earth that he’s given us. When the people of Israel were released from Pharaoh he told them time and time again that he had a perfect place for them filled with milk and honey! Essentially being a perfect lifestyle 
But when we allow ourselves and sin to get in our way, this life that God has planned for us subsides. We then find our joy dwindling away.
Don’t be like those Israelites who kept doubting God. Be the kind of people who He called to follow him. Lets follow him closely until the day he calls us home! Amen
